My World of Parkinsonian Delights

Better Morning, Still Not Great

I’m feeling moderately more mobile this morning after a very good night’s sleep.  Still slow, of course, still achy… especially my left shoulder and — for some reason — my left knee.  But I was able to walk from the bedroom to the kitchen without freezing, so that’s a good thing.

Took my pills, will soon begin the morning cappuccino-making process.

Having some annoying facial twitches, mostly in the forehead.  Decided to go ahead and just take the whole day off since a good chunk of the morning will be taken up by the speech therapy appointment.

Last night was disturbing, and — I fear — a vision of what’s to come as my Parkinson’s symptoms continue to deteriorate.
